Payment

Please be sure to send your Pay-Pal payment at the time of purchase or select the Direct Debit option.

Direct debit takes 3-5 business days to clear.

If payment is not received within 3 days of the purchase and no communication has been attempted, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

I generally dispatch orders on the next business day after payment has cleared.
I use Australia Post Mail. If you want insurance to cover your item, please contact me before you make the payment so I can quote you on the price.

If you are from Australia, you will receive your package 2-4 days after posting. For overseas buyers, it takes 7-10 days. Sometimes it takes considerably longer, but this is rare.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am not responsible for buyer remorse or lost/damaged parcels. I package securely before mailing. Please let me know if you would like insurance so I can give you a quote for the cost.
